1. Who we are
ValueVenus ("we," "us") helps people find, name, and demonstrate the value they already create — through a free guide, guided tools, and live sessions. Contact: m@valuevenus.com.
2. What we sell
We offer digital products and services: a free downloadable guide, a paid digital guide (Value Blueprint), a paid one-on-one session (Value Strategy Session), and a paid group or individual workshop (Value Creation Workshop). Descriptions and prices are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered by download link after purchase. Sessions and workshops are scheduled after purchase using the booking instructions provided at checkout or by email.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds may be requested by emailing m@valuevenus.com. Sessions and workshops may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice; no-shows are non-refundable.
6. Not professional advice
Our products offer career and communication guidance based on our own frameworks. They are educational tools, not legal, financial, or psychological advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
All content, including the Value Guide, Blueprint, workshop materials, brand marks, and the five-driver framework as expressed in our materials, belongs to ValueVenus. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our materials to build competing products.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
